Nora and Logan’s wedding was a beautiful blend of tradition, family, and heartfelt moments. They exchanged vows at Bethesda Presbyterian Church, where Nora helped her grandmother apply lipstick before the ceremony — a tender, unforgettable moment. Her mom teared up during Nora and her dad’s first look, a quiet detail that spoke volumes about the love her family has.
At the reception, hosted at Logan’s parents’ home, Bulgarian traditions and personal touches filled the evening. A Bulgarian flag waved outside the house, and after cutting the cake, Nora and Logan took part in the Breaking of the Bread — a cherished Bulgarian custom. Standing back-to-back, they held a round loaf of bread called a pitka over their heads and pulled downwards to break it. Whichever person ends up with the larger piece is said to become the “head of the household” — a joyful nod to heritage that had everyone cheering as Nora had the bigger piece!
I truly loved every second of this sweet wedding day and seeing the love these two have for each other! Cheers to the Windhams!

Meet CARLY
I’m a wife and mom of two, which has taught me to notice the in-between moments that matter most — the way your parents tear up during the vows, your best friend adjusting your veil, the quiet touch before you walk down the aisle. These are the moments that become priceless over time. I work with couples who not only value thoughtfully designed details and personal touches throughout their day, but who see their wedding as a celebration of something much bigger — a marriage built on love and friendship. With a calm, candid approach, I capture timeless, film-inspired images so you can be fully present and trust that every meaningful moment is documented.
And I can't wait to get to know you!
